Lode Demand for Immediate Resolution

0

In recent months, the LODE Project has faced a growing wave of frustration and concern from its most dedicated stakeholders—independent service providers, investors, influencers, and loyal community members. At the heart of these concerns lies a troubling pattern: unreported promotional funds tied to the WEEX Exchange liquidity event, unexplained depletion of capital, and ongoing mismanagement that has led to repeated failures and questionable pivots.

These aren’t minor issues. They strike at the very core of trust, governance, and transparency—values the LODE Project was meant to champion from the start. The community is no longer willing to stand by while critical questions go unanswered and financial clarity is avoided.

A formal demand has now been issued to key figures at the helm of the project, including Ian Toews, Sandra Wright, and Paul Talbot. The message is clear: immediate corrective action is required. Stakeholders are calling for a full and signed vaulting report confirming bullion holdings, detailed financial disclosures for all liquidity and expenditures dating back to September 2024, and a complete account of all AGX/AUX token activity related to the WEEX promotion. These reports must be signed by the individuals responsible and must stand apart from any general year-end reports being prepared by third-party consultants.

Beyond financial transparency, the community is demanding a restructuring of leadership. It’s no longer acceptable for control of the LODE/LOD3 platform to rest solely in the hands of a few individuals. An interim governance body composed of qualified members from the project’s broader community must be established immediately, assuming oversight of critical assets including bank accounts, vaulting agreements, corporate data, liquidity pools, treasury holdings, and smart contract keys. This move is essential to restore trust, ensure continuity, and prepare the foundation for a long-term governance structure.

The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated. Evidence has surfaced—including blockchain records, internal communications, and the recent resignation of CTO Augusto Caro—pointing to potential misconduct and a concerning departure from fiduciary responsibilities. If these demands are not met by the stated deadline of February 17, 2025, the matter will be escalated to legal and regulatory authorities across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Cayman Islands.

This is not a threat. It’s a promise to uphold the principles on which the LODE Project was built. Transparency, integrity, and accountability are non-negotiable. The community stands united in its call for answers—and if those in charge refuse to act, then others will take up the responsibility of protecting the project’s mission and future.

The time for silence and stalling has passed. The time to do what’s right is now.
