The Morgan Report Affiliate Program

Thanks for your interest in our affiliate program.

We want to share our success with you. Every time someone purchases a subscription to one of our affiliate services as a result of your recommendation, you will get a commission. That's right. Each time you send someone to our website and they purchase one of our affiliate products, you will get a nice commission check. It is that easy! And the exciting part is that you get paid each time they renew as well. So you receive a recurring income as our Affiliate Program pays 25% per new sale and 25% each time they renew!

We have done all the work for you! Think of all the people you could tell about our services…people you send emails to, email lists, newsgroups, family & friends, subscriber lists... the possibilities are endless. And you will earn a commission for each service that is sold through your recommendation!

However, unlike other affiliate programs you might have signed up for, we do not run ours on a "The More, The Merrier" model. We prefer to have a smaller number of motivated affiliates who actively promote The Morgan Report's products and services. This allows us to provide a higher level of support to each of our affiliates. We do reserve the right to stop new affiliate sign-ups and decline your application to become an affiliate.

Affiliate Rules

===================== Eligible Participants ===================== The Morgan Report Affiliate Program (the "Program"), is open to anyone who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, as well as immediate family and household members of The Morgan Report are not eligible. For the purposes of this program, "immediate family" refers to an employee's husband, wife, or common law partner, parents, siblings, children, stepchildren, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, and/or their respective husbands, wives or common law partners. ===================== Participation ===================== To participate in the Program, participant ("You") must fully complete and submit Program application ("Affiliate Form"). By entering the Program, You agree to abide by these terms and conditions ("Rules"), which govern the Program, and any decisions made by The Morgan Report. The Morgan Report takes no responsibility for any Participation Forms that are incomplete, illegible, lost, misdirected, improperly recorded or not received for any reason. The Morgan Report reserves the right to prohibit You from participating in this Program or any future program(s) if You consistently display a disregard for the Rules, or act with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participant, employee or representative of The Morgan Report. The Morgan Report and its suppliers shall not be liable for any act or omission, which results in a breach of confidentiality, representations and warranties, or infringement claims with respect to any information You may have provided to The Morgan Report as a result of Your participation in the Program. THE MORGAN REPORT, ITS RESELLERS AND ITS SUPPLIERS DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SERVICES OR ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED BY SILVER INVESTOR OR ITS RESELLERS. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Morgan Report, its resellers, its suppliers, its parent company, or its and their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents and assigns from any and all claims by third parties including, but not limited to, liabilities, judgments, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) ("Loss") arising from or relating to: (a) a breach of Your obligations in these Rules; or (b) violation of a third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights by such party, or such party's agents, employees, affiliates, or distributors. ========================== Violations and Enforcement ========================== The Morgan Report will enforce the AR (Affiliate Rules) according to the severity of the offense and violator's history of prior AR infringements. Severe and/or repeated offenses will result in immediate termination of service. The Morgan Report is not liable for damages of any nature suffered by any AFFILIATE, end-user, or any third party resulting in whole or in part from The Morgan Report exercising its rights under the AR. The Morgan Report has no practical ability to monitor all conduct, communications, or content that might violate the AR prior to its transmission over The Morgan Report site but, where possible and necessary, may do so at its discretion. Therefore, The Morgan Report does not assume liability for others' violations of the AR or failures to terminate those violations. The Morgan Report reserves the right to assess time and materials charges to resolve customer issues that are not resolved by the AFFILIATE in a timely manner. Further, you agree to indemnify The Morgan Report and its suppliers for Loss caused by theft, fraud, embezzlement, interception, misuse, hacking, unauthorized interception, or other illegal activities, either by third parties or by agents or Your employees. IN NO EVENT WILL THE MORGAN REPORT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU, FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OF TECHNOLOGY, RIGHTS OR SERVICES, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. You acknowledge and agree that the relationship between you and The Morgan Report is that of independent contractors, and nothing in these Rules or by participating in the Program shall be construed as making You or any of Your employees an employee, partner or representative except as may be expressly provided in these terms and conditions. You have neither the expressed nor implied authority to accept orders from experts on behalf of The Morgan Report nor to enter into or modify contracts, whether oral or written, on behalf of Silver Investor. You shall not represent that your products or services are affiliated with or endorsed by The Morgan Report. The Morgan Report reserves the right to modify these Rules and the referral payment rate at any time, in its sole discretion, by notifying you via this web page. We will also make every attempt to email you but cannot guarantee you'll receive email. As such, You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. ===================== Affiliate Rules ===================== YOU CAN NOT BE YOUR OWN AFFILIATE. This means you can't sign up for The Morgan Report and get paid a commission for yourself. No exceptions! 1. You may refer as many people as you can to The Morgan Report. 2. For every paying user you refer to The Morgan Report, you will receive a 25% commission per sign up, no matter what subscription type they choose. You'll also receive 25% per recurring sale. Which means if they continue to keep an active membership and renews their account you'll receive the recurring commission as well. 3. Refunds: We offer a 60-day money back guarantee to new users. If someone you recommend asks for a refund within those 60 days we will refund their membership. Your affiliate commission will be cancelled if anyone takes advantage of our money back guarantee. This also applies if a membership renews and the user cancels because they did not want to renew. 4. Payouts: You must accumulate a minimum balance of $250.00 before a payout will be processed, unless we determine to pay earlier. We pay our affiliates 2 times a year. (Pay dates are around: June 30 and December 31). However, if a new user signs up within 70 days of these dates, your commission will be paid the following pay date. We offer up to 60-day money back guarantee, so this avoids being paid on refunded memberships. 5. If you choose to use The Morgan Report's banners or site name, you do not have any rights to keep or alter the banners or alter the site name. You do have the right to create your own banners. 6. Do not use email to spam or promote our site. Do not send traffic to us from any illegal sites. If you are caught using deceptive methods to promote our site, your Affiliation will immediately be terminated, with no prior notice and any payments owed are forfeited. You are not allowed to advertise or post on discount or coupon sites. We may request copies of your email campaigns at any time. Failure to provide will result in affiliate ban. 7. You may not mislead, deceive or lie to get a potential subscriber to join The Morgan Report. Your Affiliation will immediately be terminated, with no prior notice and any payments owed are forfeited. 8. You MUST post your affiliate link on your site sales or landing page only. We may request web page URL. Failure to provide will result in affiliate ban. You are not allowed to use a redirect URL. Users must land on your sales/landing home pages. Affiliate links are only to be used on your personal/business websites. This means that you are not allowed to post your affiliate links on review sites, coupon sites, other affiliate sites, or any site that you do not own. Your Affiliation will immediately be terminated, with no prior notice and any payments outstanding are forfeited. 9. The Morgan Report has the right to terminate the Affiliate program at any time, with no prior notice to Affiliates. In the case that the Affiliate program is canceled, you will be paid all of the money due to you. 10. You may have no more than one Affiliate account. If you are caught, your Affiliation will immediately be terminated, with no prior notice, and any payments owed are forfeited. 11. By clicking the button below you agree to the affiliate rules. 12. All payments will be in the form of a PAYPAL payment. You are required to set up a PayPal account before signing up for our program. We will not send you a check or money order. If you do not set up a Paypal account and/or enter that PayPal email address when you join, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID. No exceptions! All federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply. You are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Morgan Report does not and will not tolerate the sending of unsolicited email messages and will prosecute all offenders to the fullest extent of the law. You will be found in violation of the Rules if You send unsolicited mailings using any portion/feature of the Program including an Affiliate link, or if You send unsolicited mailings. The Program or Your ability to participate in the Program may be terminated by The Morgan Report at any time without prior notice. Your participation in this constitutes Your binding acceptance of these terms. You hereby acknowledge: (a) that You have read and understood the Rules governing the Program; (b) that you agree to be bound by the Rules by completing and submitting the Participating Form. You have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the The Morgan Report Affiliate Program and understand that you may not promote The Morgan Report services or its Affiliate Program by sending unsolicited mailings.

How This Program Works

When you recommend our services on your website, email lists, etc., you will use an affiliate link that is created for you after you sign up. This link will take the prospective customer to our sign-up page and will have a special code, called a "cookie” that will allow us to track the sale back to you. All you have to do is include the link on your site or in your emails. Don't forget to include a link on your blog or Facebook page.
